Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Job Summary
Missoun is the SaaS platform to efficiently develop complex configurable products and sell them at scale using 3D visualization. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and engaging with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong passion for sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments for our products/services.
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor it to each prospect's specific requirements.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or introductory meetings with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities for further development and closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and sales development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets and objectives, such as the number of qualified leads generated and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, with the ability to handle objections and generate interest.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape is a plus.
